Troy Dickson, MBA

Troy Dickson is a result driven professional with a proven record of innovative problem-solving, and the sole proprietor of Roytwebdesign. As a business analyst for many of the tri-state area’s largest enterprise companies, Troy has exhibited a diverse ability in service delivery, information technology, data reporting, and web development/design.

In the past, while working at either CIGNA, The Vanguard Group, PHH Mortgage, or Glaxo SmithKline, many of his internal and external clients looked to his expertise and counsel as a subject matter go-to person. His demonstrated skills in communication and his particular expertise in operation strategies and project leadership serves as the impetus for his personal brand. This is embodied Troy’s performance as a team player and his willingness to engage in a search for the right answers, to suspend judgment, loosen attachments to his own personal viewpoints, and to communicate authentically by doing whatever it takes to complete projects.

Troy currently serves an IT consultant for several small businesses. He not only implement their office technology while developing and maintain their online presence but also focuses on delivering strategic cost savings for his clients. He presently serves on the board of My Friend’s House FC in Woodbury Heights, NJ.

Troy earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern University where he was awarded top academic honors as well as receiving a designated membership in Delta Mu Delta, an international honor society for business administration. He achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Art, with a minor in communication from Villanova University.
